My housemate said "you'd better have some workout" yesterday. So I went to University of Melbourne's GYM to do some exercise. It's becoming a trend for modern people to work out in the gym. We all warm up before doing some exercises. After a warm-up of ten minutes, we started jogging. When I was stopped the treadmill, I felt relief. Oh my god, i am so tired.I think I have to take an aerobics class now. Now I can do 100 sit-ups in a row. Don't get jealous. You will do it someday.
